Would DBZ be better if Raditz and Nappa; were wished back?

Shenron was a more powerful than Shenlong. That would have been cool if Planet Vegeta was brought back and then the Saiyans tried to invade Earth. You raise another interesting point....but the Namekian Dragon is called Porunga.
